1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging IZOC Tools for software development services or using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not engage our services.

2. Services Description

IZOC Tools provides custom software development services including but not limited to:

  • Web application development
  • Business automation solutions
  • Enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Mobile application development
  • API development and integration
  • Data analytics and reporting tools

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

3. Project Agreements

All development projects require a formal project agreement that includes:

  • Detailed project scope and requirements
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Payment terms and schedule
  • Intellectual property ownership
  • Support and maintenance terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Generally:

  • An initial deposit is required before project commencement.
  • Milestone payments may be required throughout the project.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and acceptance.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Custom code developed specifically for your project becomes your property.
  • IZOC Tools retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components.
  • Third-party libraries and tools remain subject to their respective licenses.
  • We may showcase the project (without sensitive data) in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business data, and project details. We are prepared to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request for additional assurance.

7. Warranties and Support

We provide:

  • A warranty period (typically 30-90 days) for bug fixes after project delivery.
  • Optional ongoing maintenance and support packages.
  • Documentation and training as specified in the project agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

IZOC Tools' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Project Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:

  • Client is responsible for payment of work completed to date.
  • All paid deliverables will be transferred to the client.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the project agreement is executed. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
